How does MOWR work?
Enter your postcode, mark your lawn on the satellite map (or type the size), choose grass height, edging and how often, then see your price and book. You track your mowr on the way and pay only when the job is finished.
How is the price worked out?
You draw your lawn and the app shows one clear total before you book — no quotes, no hidden fees. You only pay once the job's done.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised when you book, but the payment is only captured after your mow is completed. Nothing is taken before the work is done.
What if my lawn is bigger or smaller than measured?
Your mowr can re-measure on site. The price recomputes automatically, and if it changes by more than a small threshold you approve the new price before any extra is charged.
Are the mowrs vetted?
Yes — mowrs are admin-approved, phone-verified, and identity-checked through Stripe as part of getting paid. You also rate every mow, which keeps quality high.
Can I book regular mows?
Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or every few weeks and it recurs automatically, with loyalty discounts that grow the longer you stay (example figures are illustrative).
Can I keep the same mowr?
Yes. After any job you can add that mowr to your preferred list. When you book again — one-off or recurring — we prioritise your preferred mowrs. If they're fully booked we show you the next date each one is free, so you can reschedule to suit.
What happens if it rains?
Unlike a service locked to one fixed day a week, MOWR is flexible. If the weather stops a job going ahead, we reschedule it to the next available day rather than pushing it a whole week — so your lawn doesn't fall behind.
